There are several ways to determine whether or not your product was IQF frozen. One way is to look at the date code on the outside of the package. Another way is to check the inside of the package.
If the date code is still visible, then the product was not IQF frozen. However, if the date code is no longer visible, then the product may have been IQF frozen.
